Crocs at Ingram Park

Cristina, I believe she is the store manager. (I could be wrong) Cristina is a true customer service professional. My wife and I visited the Crocs store at Ingram Park Mall tonight. 3 days before Christmas, it was beyond busy. She was a God send in the madness. She helped my Wife and I find the perfect Crocs for our niece for Christmas. The style she wanted-- didn't have her size. Christina returned within 2 minutes from the back and apologized for them not being in stock, but found the same style in a different color. Our niece had her heart set on a certain color--so while completing multiple requests from other customers she went through a just arrived supply box, until finding the perfect color and size for our niece. She remained professional and kind even with the multiple requests for assistance she had. Thank you Cristina. I wasn't a fan of Crocs until tonight. Now, I may even buy myself a pair.

The assistant manager Jeff was amazing help. I was in a tough situation with a return and he helped me to best of his abilities and was thoughtful through out the whole process. If I could give a 1000 stars to Jeff I would. Great customer service. 10/10 recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at crocs. Maddie is such an excellent worker and helped me pick out the cutest shoes for my nieces and nephews. She even went out of her way to help put the charms on. This is such a lovely establishment and I would recommend stopping by!

If you come to this Crocs location, speak with Victoria. She has such a vibrant personality and is easy to get along with. Her customer service skills shows amazingly well when trying to get you the right size of Crocs for your feet. Would recommend this location.

Danielle is absolutely amazing, her friendly personality and professional demeanor is beyond anything a customer could ever ask for. Absolutely delightful experience! Give that young lady a raise! She made my day and made my experience so pleasant. Thank you Danielle Johnson you are one of a kind!

I visited 2/18 to get my first crocs. I wanted platform’s and Alyna went above and beyond the moment I stopped in. She made me feel like the only person in the store full of at least 7 families when she was also helping others. She didn’t make me feel dumb for being confused and guided me through the whole process. Her team working like a well oiled machine to help everyone have a phenomenal exp. I see her whole team and her wonderful leader lives the Crocs life you all have cultivated and I look forward to visiting the whole team again. Shoes amazingggg Happy Crocin! - Shae B.

Brought my daughter and grandson 💙 crocs there was two wonderful people name mike and danyell they help me exactly on shoes size and of course on what my granbby wanted ☺️thank you great customer service 👍🏻definitely going back 😀 …

Wonderful store! I came in this past weekend looking for a pair of shoes for mother’s day and this young girl, i believe her name was Valerie gave me the perfect pair of shoes. She was super sweet and courteous she deserves a raise!
